- Owned many design and research activities to build companion app for rare decease patients treatment management. SaMD Class IIb regulated product (software as a medical device).
- Established a robust knowledge base utilizing research data, which the team frequently drew upon for various initiatives.
- During the testing phase, provided valuable support to our researcher by leveraging my expertise to enrich every testing interview with patients and clinicians, which helped to collect some critical insights.
- Collaborated seamlessly with diverse, multidisciplinary teams comprising clinicians, regulatory experts, designers, and developers.
- Worked collaboratively with the enterprise-level customer product team.
